Have you been assessed by the aged care assessment team (ACAT)? If you have a Support At Home Package (Home Care Package) you may be eligible to receive regular physiotherapy services under your package. Physiotherapy aims to support ageing clients with symptom management and promoting function. If you are unable to attend the clinic for your session, we also offer a home visit service to the Wollongbar / Alstonville region.
